Since about 3 weeks, I try to download the plug-in Flash Album Exporter, it's on the official Apple website : [link]
and when I try, I always got this message : this site is temporarily unavailable.
Can I download it in a other location ?
Is there an other plug-in supporting simple viewer ? svBuilder ?
Thanks for answers,
Thierry
Thierry,
That’s a really old plugin — the date on it is 2007. And since Flash is virtually dead, I seriously doubt anyone else will develop a plugin for it.
Of course I don’t know what you’re specifically trying to achieve, but I’d take a step back and look for a solution that doesn’t involve Flash. As I’m sure you know, Flash isn’t supported on iPhone or iPad, so the majority of the mobile market wouldn’t be able to view your content anyway.

Hi Joseph,
thanks a lot for you answer, I’m surprise if this plug in is very old, why apple doesn’t remove it from the website.
Well, I try to find a plug in to export a web gallery, I need to embed the gallery in a website, for example : http://eda-au.be/photos/page12.html for this website, I create the gallery with Darqroom, export and open in SvBuilder and than embed in the website. I would like to do with Aperture the same idea.
I see the plugin “web themes” but with it, you cannot embed the created gallery in a web page.

Thierry,
You could just publish a movie; make a slideshow and export a movie. Or there are tons of slideshow makers out there, just maybe not as plugins. Try animoto for example; very very cool.
Just google “photo slide show” and you’ll find tons of stuff. Just stay away from flash!

Thanks again.
I look Animoto but you have to pay something each year (or month), so I found also Visual Box on the Application Store and it seems very easy to embed the lightbox image gallery into an existing page. I will try ….

Thierry,
output your site from Aperture using the built-in web themes. Upload it to your server (hopefully this will be built-in to Aperture 4) and using an iFrame in your website, you can embed it as you wish.
There are many many tutorials on the web about how to embed an iFrame in your website.
Flash Album Exporter was primarily designed to work with BananAlbum, which is still using Flash. It’s an excellent system, but has the obvious Flash problems.
