Driving and Streaming With the Mevo Event Camera
Photo Moment - June 01, 2017
Ever have a day where inspiration just doesn't come? That was the case with today's show. Combine that with technical details, and you have a recipe for shooting-from-the-hip… Luckily, Joseph is a pro. What started out as a Reddit-Style AMA quickly became a test of the Mevo's ability to be a car-vlog camera. It would be a decent option… if only there was cell-reception.

For the conversion… I misunderstood your question in the live show, but you shouldn't need anything to play your GH5 MP4 movie files in iMovie. If they open in QuickTime Player, then iMovie will read them. If you're talking about 6K PHoto files, those are HEVC H.265 files which are different and currently do need converting. I have videos on that here https://youtu.be/sAyaEvFvj6k and here https://youtu.be/5HooQuwzqLU and it's worth looking at the comments at other people's suggested apps. THe one I've used is called RockyMountains Converter: https://sourceforge.net/projects/rockymountainsmovieconverter/
