can you plug it into your computer?
Every video I've seen on this mic has lots of good things to say so I bought it. I just can not get my iPhone XR running iOS 13.1.2 to accept the microphone. I've tried a variation of every setting on the receiver. Maybe they sent a bad cord. Any help appreciated.
Does not work with Samsung Note 9 or Galaxy S10 unfortunately

I bought Samson go mic mobile with a transmitter of beltpack lavalier. However the device is not compatible with my phone OnePlus 5 which is android version.
Never feel comfortable with digital Wireless mics , at least with analog you can usually trouble shoot issues.
