You can create photo streams in Aperture and see them on all your iOS devices via iCloud. Create a new photo stream for each album. They cannot be nested, but you can have as many as you like. Aperture also sees these photo streams. There is an article here on ApertureExpert detailing how to do this. It is amazingly easy.
