One of my projects slipped through to the new Library without the files being consolidated, so naturally it will not give me permission to relocate masters even after I consolidated them (See Access Permission Denied Post)
I trashed the Project now it will not let me empty the trash because a Volume is Offline that some originals are on, my Mac HD, really? Last I checked I was using that HD
I came across this before while working the other issue out but now it's just frustrating the heck out of me

Try moving the project back out of the trash, exporting it as a new Library, open it on its own to verify it works as expected, go back to main library and import the exported library, tell it to merge, and see if it overrides the damaged library.

yep, multiple times
