I'm watching the AE Live Training 21 on Aperture 3.3. One of the things that Joseph showed was that the sliders can go above 100% if you drag on the number next to the slider (similar to scrubby sliders in PS).
My question is….can you drag a value less than 0 (zero)?

It depends on the effect. Some effects have no relevance at less than zero, and others do.
