What kind of editing are you wanting to do? I shoot with a micro four-thirds unconverted G3 with a cheapo 720nm filter. Leaving the noise issue I have (an issue with all m43s, as far as I know) I get decent results. As far as how I edit them, in Aperture I greatly appreciate the white balance dropper for some interesting looks. If I want to do anything more than that I typically edit in Pixelmator (I’m anti Photoshop, and cheap) to do things like color channel switching. Though to be honest I’ve not found a good workflow, or a good how-to on processing IR photos in either B&W or faux color. I also admit to not being super knowledgable on all of Apertures tools.
