I often wish I could check my adjustments against my original, with the crop and straighten still applied. Something like “Show Original Image” or the old “Show Master”, but always maintaining the crop and straighten.
Searches for such an animal are coming up empty so far. Any ideas? Is there something really easy I'm missing?

You could make a new version and view both at the same time (command click the 2nd one in the browser to view both at the same time. Then delete the 2nd version when you’re done. Not what you wanted but a possible workaround.
