Not likely. I’m sure it must be using the Apple Maps API.

Unfortunately not. I don’t really care how the map looks, but some of the previous addresses I was able to find with Google Maps no longer appear in the list. Luckily previously added addresses will show. My hope is that Maps development&updates are ongoing (since it is the same for iOS).
