Hi

I’ve forgotten my old password, so I requested a new one. I get the temporary log-in email, which lets me access the site, but when I try to set a new password I get told I need to input the current password - which is the one I have forgotten.

I therefore cannot actually change my password, because I’ve forgotten my old password and need it to change to a new one.
