While following along in CreativeLive and adjusting preferences in Aperture Preferences I lost access to the main Preferences Box.  I was adjusting some of the Export Preferences - now that is the only box I can get to.  How do I get Aperture Preferences back?

Looking at Tips it looks like I might have to Trash my Preferences.  Is that something that might help?
