I had to rebuild my system a while back and backed-up my aperture library to a portable drive.  After rebuilding and moving the library back it appears over 1100 images and videos disappeared.  I have no idea how, but all these images have the yellow caution badge on them.  I have no idea what to do.  How did they go missing?  and if they really didn’t is there a batch way to fix this and get the badge off?  I have looked in the library package but none of the folders match my project names, so it is very confusing and time consuming to try to find the folders.
