Rob,
If you're not a professional photographer, you should be able to add it to your homeowners or renters insurance. If you are professional, then you'll want a dedicated policy for your gear. Mine is through Liberty Mutual but I have an agent that regularly compares and gets the best deal possible. I think my company is changing again next month but I don't recall the name of it. I'd recommend finding an agent to work with instead of just buying online. If you tell me what state you're in, I can ask my agent if they are licensed in your state and can help you directly.
