It took longer than expected, but all the videos for the “Photos for OS X Basic Training” are finally done! There are 27 primary videos, plus two bonus videos (with a third to come) — and it's nearly five hours of training! So yeah, this got bigger than expected.

I'm including one of the videos below to watch for free. This one is 08: Favorites, Hiding and Deleting and is 15 minutes long. It's a pretty important topic in Photos, especially since you can't get do star ratings in Photos… so knowing how to get the most out of what you do have helps a lot.
