Hi there 

well after messing with Capture one pro and Lightroom have gone back to good old Aperture 

one small thing seams to be my issues 

every time I have change at another photo it has to load for a few seconds, so I was wondering if I increase the preview size if that would help, it ruined an MBR 2014 with 1 TB SSD so no extraneous har drives or such and the the photos are referenced 

is there some way I could speed it up just a bit
