due to limited bandwidth in my area, during a download of “live training sessions” it starts off with a download time of say for example, 1.3 hours but is ending up taking 2.6 hours.
during this time, the kilo/b/s rate continues to decline to less than 15kbps.
once in a great while i can click on stop download button and then click on resume download button; the download speed is restored and the download completes.
however, almost always i get this message:
“346 of 387mb -You do not have permission to access the requested resource”.
which requires that the entire process must be started all over again & another 5+ hours is waisted.
( yes, i have waited over night for that last 41mb [387-346] to come in only to find the system reporting that 7 more hours are needed).
any suggestions: - like, can i FTP the downloads ?
Files are deliverer by Amazon S3 so any slowdowns are unfortunately between them and you; these don't pass through my servers for delivery.
I would recommend trying another browser or look for a download tool that specifically lets you continue downloads.
Unfortunately FTP isn't an option.
Let me know if that helps.
