You can increase, decrease, reject or rate as “select” (five stars) and move on to the next image using a variety of shortcuts. An easy way to see this is either from the Commands Editor, or be turning on the Control Bar and hovering the mouse over the arrows, like this: [screenshot].
Unfortunately I don’t see a way to apply a specific rating, such as 3 stars to an image then have it automatically move forward. But, try different keyboard combinations. Maybe there’s an undocumented feature.
Can you tell us more? What do you mean by Auto Advance?

Like in Lr when you give a photo a rating it automatically goes to the next photo
