How to hide/password protect image access? #1

I shot some boudoir pictures of my wife this weekend and for obvious reasons, I'd like to be able to hide or password protect them from prying eyes. What is the best way to do this and ensure that they never come up on the screen saver, which my wife likes to have set to randomly cycle through our photo library?

Thanks!

James,

Create a separate library just for photos like these. If you want it to be very private, then create an encrypted .DMG (make sure it’s big enough!) and create the library in there, and be sure your photos are stored Managed. Just don’t lose the password… there’s no way back if you do.

James,
I´m not sure i know what you mean by boudoir photos, so to be able to help you properly can you share a screen print of aperture showing the boudoir photos ?
