One of the better training sessions … I guess the beard makes for better presentations. Have you considerd a training sessions on work flow using some of the more common plugins and external editors. As a newbie, I get confused after several sessions of Aperture/OnOne/Photmatix etc. what I am accomplishing.

LOL Thanks John :-) I guess I shouldn’t have trimmed my beard last week; the session could have been even better!!
I haven’t done too much with external apps, but there are some older posts you might be interested in. Go to the Archive page and just scan through the titles to see if you find something of interest.
I will be doing a post soon, hopefully this week, on a round-trip technique you might find interesting.

The 16.1 megapixels of the OM-D may be referring to the number of photosites on the sensor. In a very brief explanation: Multiple photosites are used to generate one pixel, since each photosite is only sensitive to Red, Green or Blue. The ratio of R:G:B on the sensor is 1:2:1, hence you will get fewer pixels then there are photosites on the sensor.
