ApertureExpert Labor Day 50% Off Sale
It’s been a while, and the rest of the country is on sale now, so why not jump on ye ol’ bandwagon…
For the next 24 hours (until Sept 03, 2103 at 10am PST) get a whopping 50% off (yes, fifty… not five, not fiddy, but a full-on gosh-golly-gee-williker FIFTY percent off) for the next 24 hours. That’s 1,440 minutes or 86,400 seconds to get your half-price goodies. (You don’t have to download right away, just place the order).
I know there’s nothing really new for sale here, so this will only appeal to those who are new to the site or have been reluctant to jump into the pool… and it’s been since February since I’ve done a Live Training (that shocked me too when I looked)… but we’ve been pumping out free content by the boatloads in the months since. Did you know there’s been 67 posts this year alone, 150 posts since Aperture 3.3, and 424 posts since Aperture 3 came out?! That’s a ton of content, and all for free. This size has zero advertising, and is supported 100% by your purchases and contributions, and the occasional affiliate link.
So if you’re feeling the need for some more in-depth training, ebooks and videos, presets and more, now’s the chance to fill your hard drive for half the normal price.
Plus if you’re really new here, be sure to check out the “Kitchen Sink” bundle, which contains EVERYTHING at an already reduced bundle; it’s $160+ of content for $100, but only $50 with the Labor Day sale. W00t!
Some sample places to look for your ApertureExpert goodness…
Just enter the code LABORDAY2013 on checkout and the 50% savings is all yours…
enjoy!
UPDATE: This coupon now works at the video2brain store as well — you can get 50% off everything here! Same coupone; LABORDAY2013
That includes the original and updated Aperture training, as well as FCPX, iOS, iMovie, and a ton of other stuff I’ve made, too. Enjoy!

Hi Joseph
I took advantage of your 50% off this morning and purchased the Adjustments Full Package. No problem with downloading. The issuing I am having is that all items are GRAYED OUT when I go to install. Currently running Aperture Version 3.4.5. Any idea on what may be causing this issue?
Thanks,
Stu

Stu,
Are you installing from within Aperture (going to the Effects menu on the Adjustments tab, and selecting Edit Effects then install)? Assuming so, did you open the DGM? A common mistake is to try to install the DMG itself (the file you downloaded). Double click on that and it’ll mount on the desktop like a disk, and the actual adjustment preset file you need to install is in there.

Ok got them installed. Yes, I was trying to install from the download files (DMG) via Effects. Once I opened all of them I found them under Devices. I should I known this but just wasn’t thinking. -:) Thanks for your help. Now I need to go try them out.
Best,
Stu
