As we are in search for good solutions for post production and at the same time it seems so difficult to action on an actual step by step method to get us all going, this live conversations aims to bring some actionable steps you can take in order to make your remote postproduction life a little better.

Chris has a 35 year history of creating broadcast television and corporate video projects that started years before even owning a computer. As a broadcaster and an early adopter of what we used to to call “desktop video”, Chris brings a unique perspective to what we now do everyday.
Felipe Baez (Host)
Felipe is the owner of Cre8ive Beast and a Workflow Architect at Hedge. Having worked at McKinsey & Company and then at Accenture as a Creative Producer and Head of Post Production for Accenture Productions. His team was involved in over 2000 Live Broadcast events per year across an organization of 400.000+ employees. He led a team of Editors in 4 countries and created workflows that allowed his team to collaborate and handover projects every day, delivering over 400 videos a month.
Michael Kammes
Michael Kammes has designed and built thousands of production and post-production systems, workflows, and facility integrations during his nearly 20 years as a technology advisor in the media and entertainment industry. He is a frequent keynote speaker on trends, products, and workflows in production and post technology, and his “5 THINGS” podcast draws an audience of industry insiders from around the world.

PhotoJoseph is a content creator, educator and YouTuber — he shoots for corporate and celebrity clients, works with schools globally integrating photography into the classroom, leads workshops, has several photography courses on LinkedInLearning.com, and a regular YouTube show.
Sofi Marshall
Sofi is an editor, writer, and workflow expert who’s award-winning work has screened across the US and much of the globe. She’s cut over 20 features including Sundance hits Save Yourselves! and A Teacher, SXSW premieres Villains and 6 Years, and festival favorite Chained for Life, which the New Yorker called a “cinematic revolution.” She’s also cut spots for companies like Western Union, Anheuser-Busch, Stack Overflow, and The Criterion Collection. When she’s not editing, Sofi enjoys writing about post-production technology and workflow.
Steven Moyer
Steven Moyer is an LA-based film editor (La Leyenda Negra, Sundance 2020) and assistant editor (The Banker, Apple TV+) and has been working exclusively in Final Cut X since 2013. Steven is originally from San Diego and has spent the last decade moving from news, to ads, and finally features and is keen on learning all things workflow.
Tony Gallardo
Tony is a director and editor creating ads and corporate content for large and small brands like Blackmagic, US Army, US Airforce, Wells Fargo, Coors Light, San Antonio Spurs. After running a production company for actor Jackie Earle Haley, Tony started Tomiga in 2015 as a small, powerful creative boutique creating content for automotive industry, hospitals, tourism for destinations and more. Tony has not been afraid to touch the bleeding edge of technology and is constantly looking how to best approach new workflows for post.
