Not exactly, no… the histo in camera is looking at the JPG, and the histo in Aperture is looking at the RAW file (plus whatever processing you’ve applied, of course). There are probably differences in how they are read at play, too.
If it’s dramatically different, then that could be a problem. But if it’s subtle, then it just is what it is.
