Nope. This is yet another reason that I use SmugMug for my photo-sharing. You can add a watermark in the service itself, and change it at any time, updating your watermark on existing photos without having to re-export/upload them.
I should have been more clear… it’s not possible to upload with watermarks directly from Aperture. However you can always export images with watermarks, then upload those to MobileMe using the MobileMe web interface, or to Flickr, etc. Just a few extra steps.
