Is there a way to display the total number of files/photos in the library and project? I've searched the Q&A's but haven't found it. It seems there must be a way.
For the total number of versions, go to the Photo section at the top of your library. Make sure everything is showing (no filters applied) and at the bottom of you’re screen you’ll see something like ‘displaying ### items’
For projects, just go to the project view and hover your mouse over a project, it should appear right below the key photo, or use the same method as above.

Ed, Rutger,
You can have the projects and albums display the number of images they contain at all times as well by enabling it in the preferences [screenshot].
