Use the Color Adjustment tool to change the colors. Start by choosing a color swatch (it doesn’t matter which you choose), use the eye-dropper to select the eye color precisely from the photo, use the hue and other sliders to change the colors as you want, and finally brush the adjustment into just the eyes so the shift doesn’t affect any other part of the photo. Thanks, I did try that before but it didn’t get it dark enough but this time I click on another color and did the same thing and was able to get it darker.
