Hi. Starting to get serious with Aperture, and realise importance of having a workable taxonomy in place. I now want to reorganise and create a new taxonomy, using the containers as they are meant to be used. So whats the problem? I can't move my images, or more accurately the behaviour appears to be inconsistent. I´ve read my manual, read my book, searched the web, searched your posts..nothing helping. I am creating new folders at root level. creating projects within those folders. selecting images from existing projects and moving to the new project. Only some images move across. I read your post on stacking/unstacking.. this isn't the issue here. I unstacked, and some images are still “left behind”. Some of the “orphaned” images have been edited by an external editor. But not all. Those “left behind” include unedited, edited images, external edited, stacked, and single images. I want to “move” not “copy”, from Project “x” to Project “y” and the target project may, or may not, be in the same folder. I´m sure this is ignorance not error. But Aperture really doesn't seem to want to move anything once you've given the original a home. Hope you can tell me where I´m going wrong. Thanks
