No problem with that at all, my problem is when I dock the iPad in the bedroom at night my mac does not come out of standby to sync with the iPad over wifi. It did it with lion no problem at all.
If I try and sync via wifi normally in iTunes it works a treat

If anything, it seems that Aperture to iOS syncing was improved in Aperture 3.3.2. Are you up to date on Aperture?

I did a hard re-set on the iPad, and then went back and unchecked and re-checked the albums I wanted to sync, and now it is working correctly.
