I don't know that I need the activation code re-done (and I can't find any of the emails with purchase info), but my 4 Up Presets stopped working…says something to the effect “You don't have all the required presets. You need:
Auto Levels (Luminance)
Auto Levels (RGB)
Auto Curves (Luminance)
Auto Curves (RGB)

I couldn't find the dmg in downloads either.
