In general if you want to find the keyboard shortcut, just look for the command in the menu bar. And if it doesn't have one, you can usually add one by going to Apple Menu > System Preferences… > Keyboard > Shortcuts > App Shortcuts then add the app you want to control with the + button, and type in the command you want to add a shortcut to. You of course have to type it in exactly right, and if it includes an ellipsis (three… dots), you can type that by tapping option-;
Just found out how to do it.. on my keyboard layout, it is the period key “.” or go to the Image menu item and then Add to Favorites.

Is it possible to add a shortcut to delete a photo as well? I miss the “9” to reject photos as it worked in aperture.
