Subject: Aperture 3.2.2 “Filter HUD” cannot find .tiff files

When the Nik Software Color Efex Pro 4, Dfine 2.0, Sharpener Pro 3.0, Silver Efex Pro 2, or Viveza 2 plug-ins are invoked from Aperture 3.2.2 (using referenced files) and the subsequent Nik image is saved, that image is saved in the same directory as the original source image and with a dot tiff extension as expected; no problem. When the Nik Software HDR Efex Pro is invoked from Aperture, the resulting image is saved with the “_HDR.tif” extent added to the source file name and is saved NOT in the source directory; it is saved in the bowels of the .aplibrary NOT as expected; weird but workable. When the Aperture filter is set to select TIFF files, the filter finds only the “_HDR.tif” file in the .aplibrary. THE APERTURE FILTER DOES NOT FIND THE .tiff FILES GENERATED BY THE REMAINING NIK PLUG-INS THAT ARE CLEARLY IN THE SOURCE DIRECTORY. This looks like a major blunder to me; how bout you? When the Nik tiff files are selected and “Delete Master Image and All Versions” is invoked, the master Nik-generated .tiff and .tif files are deleted as expected. It would be hand to fix this blunder as soon as possible.
