I have a question, usually how often is Aperture updated (raw compatibility)? I have bought a new camera (Panasonic GX1) and Aperture can not read my raw files.
Welcome to the site. Historically, it looks like every two to three months. The last five updates came out on December 16 2010 then February 16 2011 (two month gap) then May 17 (three months), August 31 (three and a half months) then November 10 (just over two months). That’d suggest that one is due soon.
Of course there’s no guarantee of anything, including that the next update will even include your camera, but that’s a pretty prominent camera and brand so… fingers crossed :)

It seems not to be a new update, these models came with the release in Nov -10
