Imports go to a ROGUE project named by a Date #1

All of a sudden, when I import images into specific projects according to my specified Aperture Criteria, the images go in a a project named March 23, 2012. Every time they go to this project and I have to drag them from this rogue project to the intended project.

It's possible I have inadvertently changed something in the various Aperture Preference settings or in the specific Import preset I have created. But I can't see anything that I have changed.

Of course each time I delete this project and it is recreated next time I import.

Any ideas. I saw a lot of import-date discussions in the forum, but not this issue.

Thanks.

Old post, sorry…

Definitely not. Since this is old, where are you at now?

1: I was able to open ap library by using a tip from the forum: opened it in iPhoto , closed iPhoto and then it opened in Aperture. So far so good on that front. (Wish i understood the logic but that worked.

2/ as for the rogué project on import, I have determined It Only happens when importing from iOS device/ not from a CARD. ( and cliking on import to Library whein adjuntaments tab of photostream image silla dones not work). So i am looking for iOS settings which May be askew.

Since this post I have repaired permissions , repaired and rebuilt database AFTER deleting plist file. Now aperture says it is opening but it has been going for an hour. Should opening aperture take a very long time after these troubleshooting steps?
