I have two libraries in Aperture 3.6 on a Macbook Pro, one of 200Gig and one of about 110Gig.  Each one has many duplicates of  images and projects in the other but each also has some unique content.  I want to rationalise, merge them both into a single library and eliminate duplicates.  

The only Apple advice I can find is all about merging across two machines and does not work for an “internal” merge.

How can I merge these on my machine?

The smaller, less complete library is the one with the default name of “Aperture Library”
