I have a laptop that I use with Aperture 3. Most of the files are referenced on a drive at home. I currently have a different drive that I put new referenced files. How do I go about transferring these photos to my main archive for referenced files? This is all occurring in one library.
Don’t worry, Aperture makes this super easy!
Once you move the images to a new drive, open Aperture and select the referenced images and then Right click and select “Locate Referenced Files…”. A window will popup asking you to select and image and then then select it’s new location. Aperture will automatically reconnect the rest of the images.
