There are adjustment presets and metadata presets. For adjustment presets, select an unedited image and make the adjustments you want included in the preset. Then under the Effects menu in the left sidebar select Save as Effect. If you are in the Info panel on the left sidebar, there is a similar set of menu items under the little gear icon below the top image data info.
