Hi all,
The use of keywords greatly enhances the use of any photo organizer, so I use them a lot and I have many of them. Searching photo's by keyword is relatively easy (although finding the ones you need in a long list is cumbersome). To reset the selection to all photo's unchecking the keyword box in the search pane does the job.
But here is my question: the checks on the keywords remain there and when I again want to select photo's based on different keywords, I must first manually find the ones that are checked, uncheck them and then check the new keywords. This is a painfully problematic process and I cannot imagine there would not be a simple way to uncheck all checked keywords to clear the selection, but I haven't been able to find it.
Does anybody know how to do this or is this just a major flaw in Aperture ?
A “reset” button the Keyword rule would be a nice feature. What I do is remove the keyword rule (the minus button) then add a fresh keyword rule. The fresh one comes in clean, no keywords selected. Get’s the job done.
