Nope. iCloud is very closed system, and Aperture doesn’t push slideshows to it.
I think exporting a slideshow to a movie for YouTube is the way to go. I did an article on that a while ago, here: “Aperture 3.1 + iLife ‘11 Slideshows, plus Publishing to YouTube Tips”.
