I know that Aperture doesn’t have a stitching function but does anyone have suggestions for how to achieve this, either as an Aperture AddIn or with a stand alone package?
I am using AutoPano for such work. It is not free but it is a good one - it can work either as independent soft or triggered as plugging from the software.
