Maybe just to clarify … the text description on the Tip Submission Form indicates “If this tip is ready to be submitted for publication, check this box” which turns out an approval process. (Nothing wrong with that itself, fully understand) but it sounds as if it would be immediately published.  

On the other hand, not checking the check box does not indicate that it results in a draft version which you can keep editing.  

SO my understanding was when I check it, its published immediately, when I don’t check it you review it.  But that does not to be the case …. of course could just be me …. :-) … otherwise maybe consider clarifying both statuses of the check box
