Hi everyone,

I have landed a job this Saturday however it is different to what i am use to, i will explain my requirements and hopefully someone here will have the best solution.

On Saturday I am going to a cheerleading comp and both myself and another photographer will be required to do the following -

1. One person takes shots, comes back to the stand and gives the other the memory card and goes back out shooting
2. The person at the desk then has to get look at the photos on the memory card, discard the crap shots and then import them with specific numbered titles (example first batch will be photo 1 - photo 80) From there one of us will then export the photos into a folder on the desktop
3. Those photos will then be placed through iwatermark to be marked and saved onto an external HDD.
4. The external HDD will then have the contents transferred onto one of two computers set up on plasma screens that will run a slideshow with that file name under them so on the day people can order the photos

My question is how do i do this efficiently through aperture at the start and number them as I import the photos remembering that there will be multiple imports through the day and they all need labeling?

Any help or advise is welcomed.
