For most work and Little loss of color information use Adobe98. If it is going to web only use Srgb. Thats the general rule. I didnt think you could leave it undefined…now Ill have to check again.
If you choose not to convert to a different profile at export, then the file will remain in its current space. So if your raws are being treated as AdobeRGB (your in-camera choice) then opening in a plugin without conversion should leave the image in AdobeRGB. I don’t use plugins so I can’t verify.
