This is part two of an evaluation of the capabilities of Tiffen’s Dfx 4—a highly visual software package of filters and effects that can be combined in creative ways. Dxf can be used standalone or as a plug-in for Lightroom, Photoshop, Photoshop Elements, Aperture and Capture OnePro. Dawn or dusk is the best time to shoot cityscapes, but the best natural light and the best city lights don't happen at the same time. You can make your cityscapes pop though when you blend several shots of the same scene together.
