With the iOS 8.3 update, you can now create folders for your Albums in Photos for iOS, but it’s easier to manage them in Photos for OS X.

Some advanced Aperture users have libraries north of 1TB in size, but iCloud storage plans only go up to 1TB. So what happens if you want to move more than that to the cloud? For now, you can’t. But read on to see how to handle this.

Merging Photos Libraries

One of the great features in Aperture (but not iPhoto) was the ability to merge libraries. There isn’t a merge feature in Photos, but there is a workaround. This will be critical to know if you want to play with Photos today, then later combine this with your existing Aperture or iPhoto libraries.
